As Corporate Principal of Sitescapes, Inc., Rick is actively involved in every project to ensure its ultimate success. He directs our design team of experienced professionals and will follow your project from conception to completion. Rick’s expertise is derived from his resort and country club experience, where creating a strong “sense of place” and long term sustainability is paramount. Rick retains over thirty years of experience in design, management, budget and entitlement issues for large scale master planned developments, multi-family and mixed-use projects throughout the state.
